DFW Cloth Diaper Project
The DFW Cloth Diaper Project began as an idea in the fall 2010. In the summer of 2011, that idea became a reality! We were able to start collecting dontions to provide cloth diapers to families in the DFW area who are unable to afford expensive diapers. In November of 2012, we were able to begin helping local families!
We will provide cloth diapers to qualifying families, as well as teach them how to use and care for thems. Disposables are so expensive, no family should have to make the choice between food and diapers. Our goal is to help them not have to worry about their baby's diapering needs.
Donations of diapers and accessories, even detergents, are much appreciated, and much needed, to start this program and keep it going. Monetary donations are also needed. To become an official non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we need donations.
We will collect donations at each of our monthly meet-ups, or you can mail them. If you are interested in mailing them, please email me and I will send you the address.
Fundraisers will also take place throughout the year. Check here and the Facebook page for details. You can also follow the Project on Twitter (@ClothDiaperDFW)!
